Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. PC monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Provence Cosmetics’s discretion.
THIS POLICY IS EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE ON AND AFTER NOVEMBER 4, 2019.
Refunds on shipping are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may exchange or return it within30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Returns by Mail
♦ Include A copy of invoice with your items.
♦ Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked here and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. To ensure that your returns are received by Provence Cosmetics Inc., please make sure to add insurance to your parcel through your mail delivery service. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Product costs only are refundable, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
